Where I can help

Make your data
useful to your mission.

Useful analysis starts with connected information. I help teams clarify the decisions they need to make, align data across vendor platforms, and turn findings into practical next steps.

01

Workforce & resource analytics

Understand staffing patterns, labor spend, workload, and the differences between plan and actual performance.

Staffing productivity · Skill mix · Premium labor
02

Dashboards & decision support

Bring scattered information into a focused view, with clear metric definitions and a practical path from finding to action.

Power BI · Power Query · Executive reporting
03

Cross-platform integration strategy

Help organizations plan and coordinate integrations across clinical, workforce, payroll, and enterprise systems. Translate operational needs into clear requirements, align stakeholders, and support data mapping, testing, and rollout.

Experience with Workday, Epic, UKG, Oracle, and other vendor platforms
04

Software implementation & stabilization

Implementation doesn’t end at go-live. I build and help deploy success plans that translate executive vision into practical workflows, clear ownership, and adoption at the individual staff level.

Successful platform transitions depend on how people are supported through change. Software can support ROI; lasting value comes from transforming behavior. I help teams stabilize operations, reinforce new ways of working, and track progress against agreed goals.

Actual worked hours Illustrative plan

July–September 2026. Direct nursing hours include RN, LPN, and assistive staff; nonproductive time is excluded. Overtime rate = employee RN overtime ÷ employee RN worked hours. Agency share = agency RN hours ÷ all direct nursing hours. Targets are invented planning assumptions. Acuity, patient outcomes, ED boarding, and clinical staffing requirements are not modeled.

A clearer staffing strategy.

Your workforce does not operate in isolation. I bring internal staffing performance, regional hiring signals, and technology context together to help leaders ask better questions and plan with greater clarity.

Select a metro area on the map or use the menu. Darker shading indicates a higher fictional position count. All staffing figures are invented to demonstrate the analytical approach.

About this demonstration

Every staffing count on this map is fictional and was created solely to demonstrate geographic workforce analysis. These figures do not represent actual job postings, employer vacancies, agency inventory, or measured market demand. No staffing agency’s posting data is used.

Real metropolitan boundaries provide the geographic framework. A client engagement would use appropriately authorized data, agreed definitions, source validation, and a defined reporting period.

Erin Shea-Browne wearing a black blazer and white blouse

Hi, I’m Erin Shea-Browne.

I grew up in a healthcare family, with a deep respect for clinicians and the powerful work they do. That connection shapes how I approach every partnership.

Healthcare leaders face an extraordinary convergence of rising costs, complex vendor choices, and changing workforce demands. For critical access hospitals and smaller systems, financial pressure and consolidation make preserving access to care an urgent priority.

I bring experience in healthcare technology, workforce optimization, analytics, and integrations across platforms including Workday, Epic, UKG, and Oracle. My approach combines practical expertise with a partnership built on trust and follow-through.

My focus is on three vital resources: time, money, and information. By protecting time, helping control costs, and making information actionable, I help clinicians and administrators devote more of their attention to patient care.
